Trade shows provide a unique opportunity to get the word out about your business. Promotional items work well at these events especially when the items are unique or go beyond the ordinary ink pen or button.

Items such as mugs or a neck lanyard with your company's logo on them is sure to get attention. Although it will cost you more to custom embroider hats and shirts, this should still be cheaper than running a series of ads in the local paper or in a highly circulated magazine. Not that either are bad, but that you'll save money this way and have a chance to speak directly to your potential customers or clients.

A good way to generate traffic to your booth is by announcing a raffle. Give away an item that is sure to draw people to your booth. Make sure that one of your raffle rules s tat es that the person must be present to win. If the prize is good enough you're sure to find a swarm of future customers excited about not only the give away but about your company.

Get your website address and maybe your phone number printed on the item to go along with your company's logo, this includes the raffle prize. The more of your custom embroidered products are out there the more publicity you're getting.
